1.Maintenance interval depends on the usage and riding circumstances.
2.You should periodically wash the chainrings/sprockets in a neutral detergent and then lubricate them again. In addition, cleaning the chain and QUICK-LINK with a neutral detergent and lubricating it can be an effective way of extending its useful life.
Installing and Removing:
1.Although Shimano suggest you use original chain pliers(Shimano TL-CN10) to install and remove the QUICK-LINK or other compatible chain pliers.But,in general,it’s tool-free chain repair

1.How many quick links will i receive?
1 Pair equals 2 links, 2 Pairs equal 4 links. If you only need to replace one chain, you need to buy 1 pair.
2.Can this be used other brands 11 and 12 speed chains?
I recommend only using for Shimano 11 and 12 speed chains.
3.Can it be used more then once?
Although some people reuse them. But I recommend do not reuse it that has been removed. If it is reused,there is a risk that it will loosen and become detached, which may result in an accident
4.Are there any auxiliary tools for better installation?
